Where's my order?

Once your order has been placed, our team are working hard to ensure it's shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you will receive an email from us, with your tracking information! If you have any questions, drop us an email - delivery@musicianwellness.com

Oh no! I've received the wrong product, what should I do?

We're so sorry something went wrong with your order! Please drop us an email with your order number, and we'll get that resolved for you as soon as possible! The address is delivery@musicianwellness.com.

Can I make changes to my order?

To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, we start working on it straight away. This means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed! 

I've placed a subscription, can I make changes to this for my next month?

Absolutely! We know you might change your mind on what you'd like for the next month of your subscription, so you can make any amendments in your account or by calling our support team at 888.444.9032. You can change products, request your favorite ones again or update your address and payment information! If you have any other questions, drop us an email - delivery@musicianwellness.com.

What product is best for me?

Email us - support@musicianwellness.com! We have nutritional specialists here at HQ, who will be more than happy to help. Just let us know what you want to achieve! 

Can women and men use Musician Wellness products?

Absolutely! Every single one of our products can be used by either men or women. 

Can I use any of your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please consult your doctor.
